All legal and commercial relations with Tenerife Shipyards S.A. shall be governed by the Tenerife Shipyards S.A.´s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Provision of Services, Supply, Delivery, Repair, Assembly and Installations/Infrastructural Works which are registered within tomo 3368, Libro 0, folio 107, Hoja TF-54833, inscripción I, of the Mercantil Register of Tenerife, Spain. We can send you upon request a copy of Tenerife Shipyards S.A. General Condition, without any charge, and can be consulted at www.tenerifeshipyards.com.
Tenerife Shipyards S.A., explicitly rejects the applicability of any general conditions which its contractual parties may use.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that in the event that you do not want to continue receiving the communications and information that comes receiving through this electronic communication system, we indicate it with an email to. In this way, your personal data will be removed from our database. Your request will be activated within 10 days of its shipment. Todas las relaciones legales y comerciales que tengan lugar con Tenerife Shipyards S.A., estarán sometidas a las Condiciones Generales de Venta, Prestación de Servicios, Reparaciones, Montajes, Trabajos, Instalaciones y Obras de la entidad Tenerife Shipyards S.A. que se encuentran inscritas en el tomo 3368, libro 0, folio 107, hoja TF-54833, inscripción I, del Registro Mercantil de Tenerife, España. Si desea conocer las referidas condiciones solo tiene que hacérnoslo saber, y le remitiéremos una copia de las mismas, sin cargo alguno. Las referidas condiciones pueden también ser consultadas en nuestra página Web www.tenerifeshipyards.com. Tenerife Shipyards S.A. rechaza la aplicación de cualesquiera otras condiciones que la otra parte pueda o quiera usar.
De conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 34/2002 de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico, le comunicamos que en el supuesto de que no desee seguir recibiendo las comunicaciones e informaciones que viene recibiendo mediante este sistema de comunicación electrónica, nos lo indique con un correo a [email protected]. De esta forma sus datos personales serán dados de baja de nuestra base de datos. Su solicitud será accionada en un plazo de 10 días desde su envío.
